Children of Bodom

This post  I'll write about a great band I like listening to - Children of Bodom.

Children of Bodom is a Finnish melodic death metal and power metal band from Espoo, Finland, formed in 1993.
As of 2009, the band consists of guitarist and vocalist Alexi Laiho, guitarist Roope Latvala, keyboardist Janne Wirman, bassist Henkka Seppälä, and drummer Jaska Raatikainen.

The lyrics of Children of Bodom's songs are in English and are most often concerned with the subjects of death, personal struggles, war and the Lake Bodom murders. Recent albums have seen a shift to more antagonistic lyrics (songs such as 'You're Better Off Dead' and 'Hate Me') and a more straight-forward heavy metal style.

Lamb of God

Hi again :D

Today I'll write about another band I really like - Lamb of God.

They play heavy metal and their songs are fast.

Recently, they announced that they are about to release a new studio album called 'Wrath'.

Personaly, I just can't wait 'till it comes out and I'm sure it will be a fantastic album, just like their previous ones - 'Ashes of the Wake' and 'Sacrament'.

Recently, my favourite band - Slipknot, released a new studio album.
I'ts called "All Hope Is Gone".
I highly recommend you to buy it at your local music store.
The album sounds great and the songs are AWESOME

Dead Memories

Geforce GTX 260 (192 Shaders) reaches end of life

Nvidia has stopped producing the 65nm-based Geforce GTX 260 with 192 shaders and all GTX 260 that are coming from now on are 55nm and have 216 shaders

These cards will be available in early December and I'm quite sure that they will overclock much better than the old ones. Nvidia doesn’t want to let ATI walk away without a fight and it's preparing a surprise or two for this month.

The old GTX 260 with 192 shaders, the one that is clearly slower than Radeon HD 4870, is going for retirement and it will be replaced by the new GTX 260
216 shaders and most of these cards will end up with
55nm chips.
